Hand palm Skin damaged problem

Hi Sir, Greetings for the day!! My name is Samir Kumar Das and i am woking as an Accounts & Export manager. My hand palm skin was thin and dry after frequently hand washing from Covid time, even if internal veins are visible now some part of the palm. Can you please suggest a good medicine  to enable me to recover from this problem and also kindly let me a good Hand wash which I can continue without any side effect. Don't worry...you are suffering from allergic contact dermatitis causing this palm problem. Specific medicine available for good control... Treatment depends on the severity..Do direct online consultation for detailed prescription by sending photos.

Avoid using hand sanitisers Use good quality mousturiser on hands at least 3-4 times a day. You can any normal hand wash. You just have to apply moisturiser after washing hands.
