Hand nerve got hard and swollen

Last month I did tonsillectomy on dat time IV fluids was connected to my hand...after 15 days i got pain on same nerve which I connected iv after one month dat nerve got swollen and hard and little pain...area is exactly connected iv n another swollen is from iv connected area to 3inch far wat cause dis problem
