Hand fingers are shivering

I have cervical Spondylosis for a year. In last 1 month, I feel my left hand ring finger is shivering a lot. Sometimes both of my hands are shivering. I feel my body vibrate when I wake up. Is shivering issue related to cervical Spondylosis or some other issue ?

Hai  is it shivering or feeling of shivering?? Other  symptoms to be assessed. Further history and investigation to be done
