Hamstring fixation techniques.

In my ACL RECONSTRUCTION SURGERY hamstring (Autograft) is used. It is fixed with bioabsorbable screw on tibial side and endobutton on femoral side. I just want to know is this technique reliable. Is endobutton made of titanium very safe to remain in leg for years as I am 19 year old.??? What are the chances of second injury??
