Hamerroids and Gastric problem

Problem 1 I am not able to clear my stools properly.It sticks at my entire anus and i feel i still have some stool left in my rectum. After my bowel movement it becomes very annoying for me to clear my stools from my anus and rectum,anyhow i clear it But in evening around 7pm i always see something is pinching my anus and when i check i find some stools in my anus which is causing discomfort. This problem persists from 30 days Also i have some abdomen pain and last 3 days my stool are liquid and my stomach is upset 2 I have been diagnosed with internal hamerroids in sigmoidoscopy. But i Don't have any symptoms like pain or bledding. Only there is swelling 7-8cm inside my anus and sometimes (rarely) i feel some discomfort.this problem I noticed from 15 days. I follow the strict and heathy diet from past 20days but no recovery.what is the main problem? I have meet gasterologist but  not relieved Plz help me. No need to worry. Start soft diet  and salad as much as u can.
