Half side headache
My friend named dinesh 22 years old suffering from half headache since 3 days . It also effected 2 years back taken medication got cured. after 2 years suddenly started , can i know what is the reason for half headache and what should i do to get rid of that ???

It can be migraine. 1. Take adequate night sleep
2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger migrain
