Hairloss even after continued medication

I've been using minoxidil 10% for over a almost 6 months once a day  now and , before that I've been using minoxidil 5 % for almost a year twice , but it's not helping, my hair density is still decreasing , scalp is visible . I also took finisteride tablets in last 3 months ,What to do nothing seems to work
