Hairfall - Psoriasis
I m facing excess hairfall like almost 50 strands daily also i have psoriasis on scalp so there's a lot of itching on scalp .

Hairfall is not due to one single cause. There are many conditions which can cause extreme hair loss and thinning of hair on the scalp. So first and foremost we have to find the cause of hair fall with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes maybe nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia also called pattern baldness, hypothyroidism, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Also one should refrain from home remedies as it does not give any relief from hairfall. Causes of hairfall include stress,vitamin deficiencies etc.Scalp psoriasis also needs Rx.These can be done only by a consultation

If u have active scalp psoriasis then foremost management will be treating it. Once ur scalp is clear off the scaling, treatment for hairfall can be done.however 60-70 strands is considered as normal hairfall since body can overcome that much loss on its own without help.
