Hairfall from 2 months

I am experiencing hairfall from 2 months. Within a week I lost about half of my hairs. Density reduced to a greater extent. If the hair is wet, scalp becomes visible. A doctor diagnosed me with Telogen Effluvium, but I am little bit reluctant to use Minoxidil as I am confused whether it is Alopecia or Telogen Effluvium! I am attaching some photos. Kindly tell whether it is Alopecia or Telogen Effluvium. And whether there is any permanent cure for my condition in Ayurveda. Thanks

Doesn't look like alopecia, because it is uniformly thinning. I would also advise you to check your thyroid hormone levels as an imbalance can cause thinning. Ayurvedic medications can help, but you will need to take medications internally. Daily Nasya( instilling medications in your nostrils ) can also stimulate hair growth.
Health Tips
eat more nutritious diet . Zinc , selenium, iron etc are necessary to maintain healthy hair. Avoid washing hair with hot water
