I am having hair shedding since may and there is no receding hairline just diffuse hairfall have been diagnosed with mild pcos and hypothyroid I am fed up with hairfall I have consulted dermatologists but they prescribe a serum and after just one use of serum a lot of hair just fall down I am confused what to do kindly suggest
