Since after getting diagnosed by dengue last month in December after which I have been experiencing severe hairfall.

You are having telogen effluvium. This is common after any illness. Subsides in few months. Consult online if persisting or excessive hairfall

Hello, hair fall post viral infection or any febrile illness is distressing. Treatment of this condition known as Acute telogen effluvium. Hair fall has to be treated urgently to avoid decrease hair density. Hence suggest to take an appointment with RD clinic as soon as possible
