How long should be for a normal cycle I.e for how many days it shld go on. During periods is it true not to wash our hairs.If yes plz suggest me after how many days we should wash it.

I think you are 24 years of age.what you have been doing so far since you started with your menarche? Follow that if it suits you or change it.its not written in any gynaecology book whether towash hair or not during periods but yes hyegine should be maintained
