Why is my hair falling and thinning all of a sudden ...every time I wash my hair,I loose a lot of hair ...also when I rub my hair I loose it again ...it's thinning very fast ...what necessary things should I do to stop hair falling out and not thinning it too.Any useful tips to do ... Note : I was tested positive for covid back in last month
