Hi, My hair density at crown area has become very thin. Thining has started since 5 years. The thining is only happening on crown especially in frontal area. Also my scalp becomes oily if I don't wash my hair regularly. I tried minoxidil it creates dandruff problem so I have stopped using it long back.I have tried onion therapy it did improved hair quality but the smell is too strong. Is this something called androgenetic alopecia or something else. What are my Options like Using Minoxidil, PRP, Hair Transplant or should I go for homoeopathic treatment? Shall I start taking biotin and zinc supplement? I have attached photo of my crown area. Please note that I have applied oil in my scalp in photo. Kindly help, Thanks

You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
