Hair shedding after minoxidil

Hello doctor, As I was having hairfall and could see thinning in a few places, I visited my dermatologists and the doctor confirmed that it is because of female pattern alopecia, for which she prescribed me minoxidil 2%. It's been a month of using it, however now I see an increased hairfall, even more than what I had before I started the treatment. Is this normal and a part of minoxidil treatment? Or is this something to be concerned about. Kindly help. Thanks in advance.

Normal.. however treatment depends on the grade...You are suffering from hormonal changes causing Androgenetic alopecia causing hair fall. It's completely stoppable even regrowth of hair is possible with certain medications without any side effects. Treatment depends on the grade of hair loss. So, it's a must for diagnosing which grade, you are in for an effective treatment. Please  send photos of your head, by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
