My hair is frizzy and damage. And also have hair fall problem.What can I do? What kind  medicine I use?

Hair fall It may be due to some nutritional deficiency or some hormonal imbalance.. and many other causes also… so right cause should be find out Don't take tension... as stress further increases hair fall.
