I want to know the fish oil multivitamins for hair growth that make my hairs better and thick and grow them. My scalp is visible have hairfall because of crash diet I did previously

Though multivitamins might help but only if the cause of hair-fall is vitamin deficiency. First proper diagnosis of hair loss is needed and then specific treatment like solution/, tab , lotion, prp, multivitamin etc.
