Hair loss and patches

Recently i have noticed that at the back of my head there is a patch where there is no hair it is small patch but yet i seems like i am bald from there...it think it is Alopecia...so what will happen now?? Does it spread i mean like more of my hairs will have patch? Even my eyebrows?? I an really tensed i an only 21 years old now...which specialists i should see?? Dermatologists?? And if so is there any one good in New Delhi??
