Hair loss and hair thinning

Hello doctor, I am facing a massive hair fall and hair thinning since 8 months. I almost lost 70% of my hair. I was admitted in hospital and treated for pneumonia in last feb 2020. Since then I am loosing hair . Kindly suggest any medication. Thank u
