Hair getting white
Hi
I am 31 years.
My hairs are getting white. No idea why.
And there is full of dandruff and dry skin in head.
Pls let me know what I have to do.

HAIR CARE for mild dandruff:
use Dove anti dandruff shampoo daily over wet scalp for 3-5 minutes and wash with plain water. dry your hair in sunlight after bath. Do not rub your hair while washing/drying hair.
Do not apply any oil immediately after taking bath.
consume healthy nutritious balanced diet including all vitamins(curd, milk, meat, fruits).
