Hair fall problem

I m having excessive hair fall since last 2-3 years. Hairs are getting thinner. Patches are forming up on the scalp.

Hair density looks to have reduced from the picture.Family history of baldness if present points to Androgenic alopecia.Further trichoscopic examination of scalp and certain investigations will help to assess the exact diagnosis and lead to further steps of management.
