Hair fall issue

Is losing 30 to 40 strands of hair on a daily basis considered a hairfall issue ? If yes what things should I do to prevent hairfall.i don't have any comorbidties

Losing 30-40 strands per day is considered normal and does not account under increased hair loss. But if you feel like you are losing more hair as compared to before then that requires some intervention. Treatment depends on the type of hair loss and other associated factors for which you would be required to connect for consultation.
