Hair fall issue after applying oil

Hi sir actually I have purchased a minoxidil+finasteride solution and it also stopped my hairfall but after 3 month I purchased dermaroller and one oil and then I applied oil 2 time then my hair shredded heavily and it is now shredding regularly from 14 days I am applying minoxidil still it is not stopped so what should I do
