I've been suffering from a very bad hair fall since I had dengue fever ....what should I do to stop haifall as soon as possible...pls help me pls

Thanks for the query. You may be having a condition called telogen effluvium which refers to hairfall post any acute illness, stress or surgery. This usually settles in few months time even without any treatment. You should have a healthy diet and good sleep.
