I am facing hair fall and hair loss issue from past few months . While doing shampoo , a lot of hairs fall .It comes in my hands . Then I cut my hairs fully .My barber said your scalp has lot of dirt and dandruff. May be some kind of scalp problem . I want to know it it temporarily loss or permanent . I want to regain my lost hairs
