Hair fall and etching in scalp

Doctor From last 4 years I am having hair fall. Often I feel like etching in my scalp, Beard and sometimes in eyebrows also, that is very irritating and while etching always some of them comes out in my hand. I don't have dandruff. Please help Thanks
