You can add hibiscus flower 2-3, methi dana, curey leaves  in pure coconut oil...heat it n store it...good for massage. Take amlarasayan 1/4 tsp twice with honey

Take massage with dhanwantram oil .it will balance  vata  and give lusture to skin Avoid,cold  drinks,, coffee,spicy food Take amla murabba,daily.head massage with   bhringamalki oil
