I have discomfort in bowel movement since last few days, have observed bit raised skin in rectum area also but no bleeding/pain/constipation as such apart from this. Pls suggest remedy and how long can this go untreated.

This could be fissure , u need to consult with a surgeon. Need dietary changes , Drink 3-4 litre of water daily, include high fibre diet - green veggies, fruits Avoid junk food If problem persist.. Need to start specific treatment depending on severity..
