I'm experiencing tiredness, dry skin, feeling cold, lighter periods, fast heart beat and headaches ,brittle nail. I'm thinking may be due to decrease in hb but I want to know the exact reason

Since how long are you experiencing these problems? Change your diet a little if you are eating oily and spicy items more Have jaggery, dates, green leafy vegetables, apples, chikoo, citrus fruits etc Plenty of fluids(around 3 litres) Not improving then get a CBC done
