you can give tonoferon pediatric syrup- 2 ml once daily- continue for 3 months. you can repeat Hb after 1 month  to look for improvement. Give iron rich food items like green leafy vegetables, dates, jaggery added foods, meat and fish. give citrous fruits like orange, apple etc- it will increase iron absorption from gut. bandy plus 10 ml at bedtime single dose can be given for deworming.
