Can my haemoglobin increase from 10 to 13 in 10 days? Without taking medication or anything else. I am perfectly alright. I got two blood tests in the span of 10 days and got these results. Kimdly tell me whether it is normal for my haemoglobin to shoot up like this in only 10 days , that too without even trying for it.

Different lab  may give Different values of blood test. So rely on clinical symptoms more. If you are having features of Anemia then start on medications to improve Hb levels.
