Have pregnancy been confirmed? In case there is pregnancy, you may carry on with it as the older baby grows along with this, do not be in a hurry to take decision of termination. If God would have given twin pregnancy in first case, what would have you done, think on that line...Either you do perfect plan or accept the plan of God perfectly...
