If you are asymptomatic, just monitor them every week till they become normal. Even if they don’t become normal after 3 months from now, you would need a detailed evaluation for the rise in these enzymes. I reteriate that it’s the Persistent raise of SGOT and SGPT is a problem and not one single value showing rise
