Had dengue 2weeks back.
On 2nd September I was found positive with dengue and result was 51.8% and after 2 weeks with full treatment now I'm fine.
One week ago my platelet count was 190000 but today I did another test after coming back to pune and I found out that now it is 139000.
Im shocked, as when I was suffering from dengue fever the lowest was 167000 and then it was 178000 and the 190000 but now it's 139000.
Is it really serious thing? I had bicozym vitamin tablet yesterday night so can this actually affect the test?
Fluctuation in the platelet count can occur after viral fever....
If you are not having any bleeding symptoms like rashes or bleeding gums or blood in urine or stools then you need not to worry at present....
