My husband was diagnosed with h pylori bacteria. Should I also test for it? Does it spread through kissing or any physical contact? If yes, then What test other than endoscopy can help to diagnose h pylori

H pylori can spread by kissing. if you r husband is taking medications, better get yourself tested too otherwise you would be passing on back to him one his treatment is complete and this cycle will continue

Possibility is high ..non invasive test like urea breath test ,stool antigen test will be good enough to diagnose..
