H pylori and reflux

Hi all, 1. Is there any medicine in ayurveda to kill h pylori 2. Is lifestyle modification for lax les is permanent. Can it be cured and tighten again 3. I have severe gastritis. How to heal it. If i follow all the required steps, how long it will take to cure Please advise on the above questions. Thanks and regards S Govardhan

Pylori infections are very common in India . Take the medications as recommended by your doctor . To avoid gastritis you should be taking small meals at small intervals . Avoid all the white flour food , oily , spicy , fried food . Take coconut water , chach with jeera powder regularly. Thank you for your query.
