I have gynecomastia only under my right chest nipple since last 13 years, it's constant but painful when touched or pressed. Is there any treatment in ayurveda without surgery?

It is not necessary that it’s gynecomastia . Generally it happens both the sides . May be there is fat deposits under one nipple . Have you got some investigations like ultrasound and blood tests to find out what it actually is ? First diagnose then only treatment is helpful Thanks
