Gynecomastia

I developed puffy nipples(Grade 1) when I was 15. Doctors say Gynecomastia is caused because of low testosterone. I am 19 now and I have symptoms of high testosterone like acne, big testes, hairy body, hair fall. I am confused. How can I have low and high testosterone?

Go for serum testosterone test. It’s because of several Other factors too. Dont worry too much.

Gynecomastia during adolescence may be due to low testosterone levels, but low testosterone levels is not the only cause. You need work-up for your problem for better treatment.
