My wife is going through a folliculometry.The doctor today says that She has a small elongated cystic sol(31×29)seen in adnexal region adjacent to left ovary?Is it something serious or malignant?She has also the left fallopian tube dilated...Plz help

That is d dilated fallopian tube..

This SOL could be due to an adnexal mass or dilatation of fallopian tube which could be due to adhesions , endometriosis , hydrosalpinx. U should undergo either a laproscopic surgery or further investigation to rule out tuberculosis too
