I had sexual intercourse on the 5th day of my period. Five days later I went for a rock climbing trek and the next day I experienced some vaginal bleeding. Is this because of the sexual activity or the extreme physical activity during the trek?

Hello,usually bleeding after 5 days is not related with the act of sex. Stress and strain are known for hormonal changed and sometimes lead to breakthrough bleeding,which is self limiting.
