Gun shot deformity

Hi my sister have developed gun shot deformity of right arm and feeling continuous pain in medial and lateral epicondyle of  elbow ..pain is aggravated on lifting anything...pls suggest some solution for this

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate your sister in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plgus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Gun stock deformity is usually secondary to previous trauma to the humerus bone near the elbow leading to malunion. She needs clinic assessment before  proceeding to management . U can contact with xray if taken already.

Please tell her age now and age at which she develops deformity. She needs detailed examination for any tardy nerve palsy. ( compression of ulnar nerve at medial condyle of humerus ,) ,degree of residual deformity. Kindly get connected with me on Practo chat for further detailed discussions

Act to your history she is suffering from gunstock deformity due to fracture at elbow she needs elbow surgery once she finished ove 22 yrs to prevent deformity and nerve compression
