Hello dear, Hoping you are safe! Scaling is the most appropriate step in strengthening gums by eradicating gum infection. It will never lead to gum disease. Rather, the tartar before scaling procedure has led to receeding of gums. You need to apply Ayurvedic Oil Pulling to treat receeded gums.
Next Steps
1. Change Toothbrush every month 2. Use Soft bristles toothbrush 3. Clean your teeth in a combination of circular and up-down motion techniques Contact us for further details.
Health Tips
We recommend AYURVEDIC GUM CARE OIL PULLING Mouthwash from Kindness Co which is made with 25-30 herbs. Massage it 3 times a day for 15 days on gums with Rinsing after night toothbrushing. Instagram handle is @kindnessco.world Worry not. Relax. It is a small issue.

Hello, Scaling does not affect gums negatively. It infact helps in making gums stronger in long run. It seems that you had deposits on your gum prior to scaling which led to lowering of gums. There seem to be infection in gum of one of the teeth.More details about mobility, history and duration of infection can lead to proper diagnosis and treatment.
