Dear my gums are pulling away by teeth terth going weak and direction  change .all teeth coming out by gums pleae help any medication

Any medication will not work until proper counseling done. It seems to be Case of periodontitis. Scaling and root planing along with some medications will stop the progress of this disease . Any habit should be stopped like cigarette or masala. Blood sugar level should be monitored.
