Have a very bad tooth ache at the last wisdom tooth. Not even able too o brush as the gums and tooth hurt. The gum looks grown/swollen over the teeth.not able to talk either.

Take painkillers for temporary relief,,donot chew from the side affected,,rinses with lukewarm water and a pinch of salt 4-5 times daily would help.Finally the wisdom tooth needs extraction.

hello, you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy. but this will give only temporary relief from pain. you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. the best treatment for a wisdom tooth is to get it extracted.
