I have gum sweeling and constant saliva in my mouth There is yellowish substance as well What is the treatment and diet for such cases

Hello , the yellow substance what you see could be calculus( hard deposits ) which cannot be removed with your regular toothbrush hence only ultrasonic cleaning/scaling is required to remove the deposits .
