Sir/madam i have issue regarding my mother having problem of gum pain and tooth falling problem and sometimes she is in worst pain and uses bitadin mouthwash when pain,she is 50 yr old now and she facing problem of tooth decay badly,so plz suggest me what to best do for her to overcome her problem.thanks for suggestions.

A proper clinical examination is required to make a treatment plan . Those teeth which cannot be saved and are badly infected should be removed and replaced by a partial denture or a fixed bridge
