Side tooth completly broken and need to extra the but suddenly excess pain a gum swelling.need to take 3 to 4 painkiller in a day

The swelling in ur gums is nothing but pus. The tooth either has to be extracted or RCT has to be done. After clinical check up the dentist will decide which treatment is right for u.

If there is severe pain beacause of the infection and swelling..my advice is take a radiograph (periapical xray).. then prescribe you antibiotics until the pain and swelling of the gums subsided..

After taking antibiotics and the pain and swelling are gone..remove the cause or extract the tooth..then observe for further improvement..
