I need  advice on How to stop and regenarate Reciding gum line,Correct tooth brushing technique and basics on oral care.

Kindly brush gently with round strokes.. Apply stolin once a day for one month to heal receding gums.. regeneration is not possible at this age.. but Repair can be done by periodontal/ gum surgeries..hope it would be helpful..regards

the main cause of gingival recession is poor oral hygiene. every 6 month dental scaling is necessary and two time proper brushing and you should use dental floss.please consult your dentist.

See brushing will not improve receding gums line it can only be done partially by flap surgery .of course correct brushing will prevent further damage . for more information click drlillys.com
