it is mainly used for bleeding gums. black pigmentation could be due to exposure to sunlight and dryness of lip. kindly use moistiriser and keep wettiing ur lip.

Stolin will not help with the colour of yr gums. If u want to improve the colour of yr gums I would suggest go for laser surgery.
