Guilty behind neck

It seems to be a small lump of muscle is forming behind my mother's neck towards the head. Since it is positioned in at the lower hair line it seems more dangerous as she is also complaining of minor pain at the same place. She has no medical history. Kindly provide this much needed consultation.

It can be lymph node swelling due to any active infection. Is there any fever? Take tab Zerodol-SP 1 tab 2 times a day and tab Augmentin 625mg 1 tab 2 times a day.continue for 5 days. If there is no relief then consult a physician in person.
